We care deeply about nourishing you on all levels, and our diverse, delicious and healthy cuisine is here to do just that. Our full-board includes three vegan and vegetarian meals.

In addition, there is access to tea and coffee at all times. Both cow milk and a vegan alternative such as oat milk is available at no extra cost.

Our breakfast buffet offers a wide selection to choose from, including warm oat or millet porridge with fresh seasonal fruit, as well as bread rolls with homemade vegan dips, jams, and cheese. A diverse selection of cereals is also available, and upon request, we provide homemade gluten-free bread.

For lunch and dinner, our kitchen team prepares warm, wholesome meals and fresh salads. We accommodate allergies, dietary restrictions, and offer gluten-free options as well. Your well-being and satisfaction matter a lot to us.

Additionally, you can order homemade cake and for a small fee, you have the option to enjoy organic wine and beer.

Our groceries are carefully selected to offer you the best of nature. We place a strong emphasis on sustainability and using local ingredients. Our vegetables partially come from local biodynamic farming and our free-range eggs are sourced directly from the region, ensuring not only great taste but also supporting environmental longevity.

We guarantee fresh, homemade foods that not only delight your taste buds but also contribute to a balanced environment.
